Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or foods, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not for human or animal consumption. By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you will handle, store, and use all compounds in compliance with applicable laws and appropriate laboratory safety practices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use this Site. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing, and possessing research compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction before ordering.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are paid via Revolut or bank transfer as instructed at checkout. An order is not confirmed as paid until we manually verify receipt of your payment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or if we are unable to verify payment within a reasonable time.

4. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and stock information is accurate but do not guarantee it; if a listed price or availability is in error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are research compounds intended to remain unopened and unused until laboratory analysis, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped, except where the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report an issue.

8. Limitation of Liability
